Registration and Tuition fees are listed under our Classes Offered , and are subject to change from year to year. Please check that location for the latest class schedule. Each class’s monthly fee is based on the number of days/hours of class time per week. Registration fees cover administrative costs associated with processing your registration and a portion of consumable materials for the child. Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event that we are not able to get your child into the program we will return your check to you.

Withdrawal Policy: Because our excellent student/teacher ratios affect our budget, we plan on your child’s enrollment for the entire year.  Therefore, tuition will not be refunded because of withdrawal.  Withdrawal requests must be made in writing.  A month’s prior notice is required upon your child’s withdrawal from the program.

September’s tuition is due prior to September 1st. If payment is not received by the 1st of September we will enroll another child into the program.

All Enrollment Paperwork must be received May 4th.  These forms can be found under our Forms Library.

In the event that a child is having any problems, a conference will be arranged between you, the director and your child’s teachers.  New Hope Preschool and Education Center reserves the right to terminate enrollment of a child, if, in the opinion of the staff it is not beneficial for the child to continue in the program or if their enrollment is detrimental to other children.
