Enrollment

Enrollment is open to any child between the ages of 2 ½ (by September 30th) and 5 years of old.  Children must be potty trained.  New Hope Preschool offers part-time Preschool, Pre-K programs, and Kindergarten Enrichment.  New Hope Preschool has earned a two-star rating from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Step Up to Quality Program.
Enrollment begins in January for currently enrolled families and New Hope Church members.  Enrollment is open to new families in February.  For more information on fees and enrollment requirements, please contact Lynn Riley, Director of New Hope preschool at 614 766-2446 or preschool@newhopeworship.org.
In an effort to support our families during tough economic times, Tuition has not increased for the 2010-2011 school year.
Tuition and other fees
Registration Fee $60
2 day programs:  monthly fee $125   supply fee $40
3 day programs:  monthly fee $170   supply fee $55
4 day programs: monthly fee $220   supply fee $65
The Registration fee is non-refundable.  In the event that we are not able to get your child into the program we will return your check to you.
Withdrawal Policy:  Because our excellent student/teacher ratios affect our budget, we plan on your child’s enrollment for the entire year.  Therefore, tuition will not be refunded because of withdrawal.  Withdrawal requests must be made in writing.  A month’s prior notice is required upon your child’s withdrawal from the program.
September’s tuition is due prior to September 1st along with the supply fee.  If payment is not received by the 1st of September we will enroll another child into the program.
If you wish to pay our child’s tuition in full for the year you will received a 5% discount, this must be paid by September 1st.
All the Enrollment Paperwork must be received by August 20th.  These forms can be found in our “Forms Library”.
In the event that a child is having problems adjusting to the program, a conference will be arranged between you and the Preschool staff.  New Hope Preschool reserves the right to terminate enrollment of a child, if, in the opinion of the staff a child will not benefit socially, emotionally, mentally, or physically in the center.  Or if continuing enrollment is not beneficial to the child or the school.
